Kaito Yamaguchi
He moved to Ama Town right after graduating from university. He currently works in the Regional Development Division, where he is responsible for planning and operating stores, as well as planning and manufacturing products for the company’s lifestyle brand ‘Okum’. His hobbies are catching insects, fishing, and going for walks.

Entô Dining
Haruo Fujii
Born in Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture. He saw Entô for himself on his graduation trip to Ama Town, and moved to Ama Town after graduating from Shimane University. He is in charge of service and serving drinks at Entô Dining. He is expanding the potential of Entô Dining by developing a drink pairing menu and sourcing from wineries around the world connected by geoparks.

Hiroe Murata
Born in Kanagawa Prefecture. As a part of research she did in university on regional revitalization, the tourism business, and sustainable tourism, she came to Ama Town as an intern just before Entô opened. A year later, when she was a fourth year university student, she began an internship in Ama Town with the aim of joining our company as a new graduate. Currently, she works as front desk staff and in human resources while gaining deeper knowledge of “regional revitalization and education”.

Asahi Takei
Born in Ibaraki Prefecture. She attended a four year university to obtain a license as a registered dietitian. Just when she decided to become a chef herself, she discovered Terakoya in Ama Town (culinary school), and moved to Ama Town. After studying cooking for one year at Shimashoku-no-Terakoya, she now works at Entô Dining.

Nana Sato
Born in Sapporo City, Hokkaido. After graduating from high school in Sapporo, she majored in business economics at the State University of New York. After completing four years of regular study abroad, she gained experience as an intern at B&B and a famous outdoor brand in the USA, then returned to Japan and moved to Ama Town. She currently works in the Marketing Department, where she is in charge of planning, public relations, and sales, and also works as front desk staff.

Entô Dining
Ayana Tokuoka
Born in Shikano Town, Tottori Prefecture. After obtaining a chef’s license, she worked as a chef preparing course meals at a wedding venue. After that, she worked as a chef and manager at a café restaurant that serves organic and delicatessen cuisine, and then joined Entô Dining. She manages Entô Dining while building relationships with producers.
